Terms of service.

These terms are the agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“Catalyst”, “we”) for the Catalyst service: the Scheduler, Catalyst Phones, analytics and everything else at this address. By making an account you accept them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and the person entitled to run every social account you connect. Keep your login private; what happens under it is yours. One person, one account.

2. What the service does

We publish the content you schedule to the accounts you connect, at the times you pick, through the platforms’ own tools or, for Catalyst Phones, through a phone we operate that is signed into your account. We read the public numbers of your posts and show them to you. We do not create content and we do not promise any result on any platform.

3. Catalyst Phones seats

A seat is one of your TikTok or Instagram accounts signed into a phone we run. To set it up you give us that account’s login, which we store encrypted and use only to sign the phone in and keep it signed in. You can disconnect a seat at any time, after which the phone signs out. A seat is yours for as long as you pay for it. Platforms change their rules; a seat can stop working for reasons outside our control and we will tell you when it does.

4. Your content and your accounts

Everything you upload stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store it, publish it where you ask, and show it back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post and for following each platform’s own rules; we may pause posting that would break them.

5. Payment

Plans are monthly, billed in advance through Stripe to the card you add. A free trial, where offered, charges nothing until it ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Seats and add-ons are billed with your plan. Prices can change with 30 days’ notice. If a payment fails, the tools pause until it goes through; your accounts and numbers stay.

6. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. We keep your workspace in read-only for 90 days after that, then delete it.

7. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and to post on time, but we are not liable for a post that does not go out, a platform that throttles or removes content, or any loss of income or followers. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

We may close an account that breaks these terms, a platform’s rules, or the law, and we will say why. You may close yours from Settings at any time.

9. Changes and contact
